INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 

RESPONSIBILITY

 

• Respond to customer’s inquiries via phone, fax or emails with written quotations, quoting prices and delivery commitments.

• Enter orders.

• Coordinate with customers, operations, QA and traffic to expedite and troubleshoot customer’s orders.

• Initiate contact with customers and potential customers to identify additional opportunities with an account or to follow up on previous quotes.

• Able to read and understand industry specifications.

• Experienced use of the third-party processing to meet industry and customer needs.

• Cultivate a product and market knowledge as well as knowledge of customers business and end use of material.

• Performing other duties related to warehouse materials and inventory.

• Performing other job duties as required by Direct Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree or five years’ experience with similar products in a similar environment.

 

SKILLS

 

• Effective communication, customer service, product knowledge, computer literate, organization skills, client relationships, and motivation for sales.
